I’m Chip Sheean, a creative director, designer, and founder of Sheean Design.

I came up in Los Angeles, where art, culture, and advertising collided—and where I learned that the best ideas rarely come from playing it safe.

Over the years, I’ve led creative development for brands including Disney, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Sony PlayStation, and Google, working with agencies such as Deutsch LA, M&C Saatchi, and Secret Weapon. My work spans brand identity, advertising, digital experiences, and everything in between.

But if there’s one thing experience has taught me, it’s that great work doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s the thinking behind Sheean Design.

An independent creative studio built around a trusted network of designers, writers, strategists, photographers, and developers I’ve had the pleasure of working with throughout my career. I bring together the right people for each challenge, providing hands-on creative leadership from the first conversation to the finished product.

No unnecessary layers. No predetermined teams. Just experienced people doing thoughtful, ambitious work together.

And when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on a bike somewhere, thinking about the work while pretending I’m not.
